HELP NEEDED FOR PREPARING SISTER’S CABIN FOR RENTAL. We need volunteers to help “fix-up” Sister’s Cabin for a father and son who need to move in soon. Sister’s Cabin had been rented for a very long time and now that it is up for rental again, it is in need of cleaning, painting, and small repairs. We need this to happen quickly so our new renters can move in soon. If you can help, please contact Ken Schmidt at 303-598-6128. Thank you!!
ALTAR GUILD: Elaine Ondik would like to thank everyone who helped with Altar Guild for services during Holy Week. It was greatly appreciated by all and very beautiful. For anyone wishing to join the Altar Guild, a fairly easy but much needed volunteer job, please contact Elaine Ondik or Shelley Black.
WE ARE PARTICIPATING WITH OTHER LOCAL CHURCHES TO SUPPORT THE SOUP MINISTRY FOR EVERGREEN CHRISTIAN OUTREACH CLIENTS. Our church will be providing soup for EChO clients the third week of each month. The next time we will be making soup will be Sunday, April 15th, after the 10:15 service. Everyone is invited to help.
PLEASE FILL OUT A FAMILY MEMBERSHIP QUESTIONAIRE LOCATED IN THE BACK OF THE CHURCH. We would like to know the birthdays and anniversaries of everyone in your family so we can acknowledge these wonderful events! Also, if you have never transferred your church membership and would like to be an ‘official’ member of our church, please check the box “Need to transfer Letter”. The questionnaires can be dropped in the plate at offertory or sent in to the office at P.O. Box 1630, Evergreen, CO 80437.
A REQUEST FROM YOUR TREASURER – STEWARDSHIP: When you write a check for your offering, please indicate in the memo line the period/date that the offering is for. (Examples: “offering for Jan/Feb/March 2012” and “annual offering for 2012”) This will help me as your Treasurer to provide critical oversight to the church Stewardship Program.
